Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. If you're not, refunds are simple and clear — no case-by-case handling, no deductions.
Scope
- The subscription starts with a 7-day free trial; cancelling during the trial incurs no charge.
- Within 7 days of the first charge, just ask — no reason needed,returned in full by the original method, not prorated, with no fees deducted.
- Billed per AI at $49/month; you can cancel anytime, and cancelling stops any further renewal.
About extra usage
$49/month includes a monthly usage allowance (about $13 of model cost); only after you turn on "extra usage" yourself is the part beyond the allowance billed at 1.2× the actual model cost (see the pricing page · extra usage). This part is usage you've actually used and settled with the markup, and is not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund above: even if you request a refund, extra usage already incurred and not yet settled for the current period may still be settled as usual. The subscription fee itself is fully refundable under the policy above; we only charge for the extra usage you actually consumed, and never for what you didn't use.
How to request
- Email simon@aevia.cloud with your purchase email and order number.
- Within 3 business days of receiving it, we'll confirm and initiate the refund.
- How long the refund takes to arrive depends on the payment channel (usually 5–10 business days).
Data after a refund
A refund ends the service. You can export your conversations and images anytime before the refund; after it, we delete your data per the Privacy Policy. You can also request deletion yourself anytime.
Payment processor
Payments and refunds are handled through a third-party payment processor (such as Paddle); refunds also follow their terms. In case of conflict, the terms more favorable to you prevail.
